Lunch 101: Sarciadong Tilapia

Hubby and I are starting a less pork-chicken-beef diet. Healthy living drama. Haha. So I decided to cook fish sarciado one weekend lunch. Want to cook yours, too? Here's how:

Ingredients:
4 cloves Garlic
5 medium sized Tomatoes
1 medium sized onion
1 egg
1 and half tilapia ( i hate left overs so I cooked just enough serving for three heads)
Flour
Salt
Pepper

1. Fry flour covered tilapia then set aside.

2. Saute garlic, onion and tomatoes. Season to taste.

3. When the tomatoes seems done, put the egg and stir.

4. Pour it on top of your tilapia. Enjoy!

*if you want it more saucy, just add water while cooking the tomatoes.
